What I'm looking for

I seek remote roles combining technical application support, LMS administration and training coordination with cross-functional teams and opportunities to design learning content.

I am a bilingual (Portuguese/English) technical support and training specialist with extensive experience supporting applications in clinical research, pharma and vaccine trials. I have provided remote technical support for Veeva Vault, SAP SuccessFactors LMS, Microsoft Entra ID and ServiceNow for global pharmaceutical clients.

As a Training Coordinator and LMS support analyst I planned and scheduled onboarding and training programs across APAC, EMEA, LATAM and NA, managed user data and reports, edited curricula, and designed learning content using Cornerstone OnDemand, KnowledgeCity and Articulate 360.

Earlier in my career I worked as a web designer and website analyst managing brand site projects, developing email marketing and ads, and building e-commerce and CMS solutions using WordPress, Vignette and WooCommerce. I bring hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite and front-end technologies.
