I’m a Colombian professional with a background in Biology and 11+ years of experience in tourism, travel operations, customer experience, and international program coordination.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in fast-paced, client-focused environments where organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential. My experience includes FIT and group travel, luxury travel, supplier management, reservations, budgeting, logistics, client support, and coordinating multiple stakeholders and providers.

As Director of Logistics Operations at Andes World Travel, I managed complex travel programs across Colombia, Ecuador, and the Galápagos, coordinating hotels, transportation, guides, restaurants, activities, payments, documentation, and last-minute contingencies. I also worked as a Travel Operations Coordinator at Excursionist, supporting high-end international programs in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada.

One of my strongest skills is turning complex situations into organized, actionable processes. I enjoy coordinating people and resources, anticipating potential issues, solving problems quickly, and making sure details are handled from beginning to end. I’m comfortable managing multiple priorities, working independently, communicating with different stakeholders, and collaborating across teams and time zones.

I’m now looking for a fully remote international opportunity where I can apply my experience in travel operations, operations coordination, customer experience, customer success, or project coordination. I’m also open to transitioning into new industries where my transferable skills can add value and where I can continue learning and growing professionally.
