Mariam Lawal

At Thriftshop_lane, I managed online retail operations, including product presentation, pricing, and stock availability. I coordinated customer purchases and order fulfilment while responding to enquiries and following up on orders.

I promoted products through Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and created promotional visuals and product-focused content using Canva. I also managed customer relationships and day-to-day business activities.

As a Junior Copywriter at Zegist-Cregital, I wrote marketing copy and promotional content for startup communication needs, adapting messaging to the intended audience and objective. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Nursing at JAMK University of Applied Sciences in Finland.
