I am a virtual assistant, content creator and copywriter who speaks fluent Finnish (native language) and fairly good English. I specialize in digital customer communications, administrative support (such as billing), social media moderation and online data evaluation. I have over 3 years of experience working in digital environments, including network marketing and affiliate marketing, which has given me a keen eye for content quality, online sales and audience engagement. During my career, I have achieved two key milestones that I am proud of: 1. I have built and maintained an active digital network through consistent online communications and learned to evaluate the effectiveness of content and engage the audience. 2. I manage the balance of independent remote work by consistently providing high-quality administrative support, data accuracy and written communications without direct supervision.
