What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing role where I can manage relationships, solve complex customer issues, collaborate across teams, and apply my compliance, account management, and multilingual communication experience.

At UpGaming, I support Italian- and English-speaking clients through live chat and email, handling KYC checks, fraud and risk indicators, crypto payment queries, and affiliate partner relationships. I coordinate with marketing, payments, and compliance teams using Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, CRM systems, and Excel.

I've also managed Italian cultural programs in Tbilisi and bring clinical judgment from emergency medicine. Alongside client-facing work, I build bilingual web projects with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and communicate across Georgian, English, Italian, Russian, and developing French.
