At Microsoft, I turned Teams privacy and security from release bottlenecks into systems that help the product ship. I moved privacy detection into code review, where it caught 200+ leaks in the first month, and built end-to-end testing with 530+ tests guarding releases.

I also led EU Data Boundary compliance for Teams, moving telemetry pipelines and monitoring to EU infrastructure without disrupting feature teams. Earlier, at IBM, I managed cloud logging and data pipelines and implemented customer-facing logs; at SensorUp, I led development of a portal and mobile app for DHS first responders.
