What I'm looking for

I am seeking an entry-level HR role where I can apply counseling skills to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

I am an entry-level human resources professional and guidance counselor with hands-on experience supporting students and stakeholders through counseling, conflict resolution, and career guidance. I have conducted research studies that produced actionable insights and facilitated workshops and collaboration among students, teachers, and parents to improve outcomes.

I hold a B.Sc. in Guidance and Counseling Psychology and am pursuing a Diploma in Human Resources while completing HR courses to strengthen my HR foundations. I am motivated, people-focused, and eager to contribute to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and overall HR functions.
