What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in distance education and instructional design—supporting higher-ed courses end-to-end with strong learning pedagogy, clear learning materials, and reliable LMS workflows (especially Moodle). I value teams that improve learning through continuous feedback.

I’m a mid-level Distance Learning Academic Analyst currently supporting distance learning initiatives through Uninassau / Ser Educacional. I focus on translating learning goals into clear instructional experiences and supporting delivery through learning management workflows.

As an Instructional Design Intern at UFBA’s Superintendence of Distance Education (SEAD), I supported the production and development of instructional materials for higher education programs, including the 2026 Mandarin Proficiency course (Confucius Institute & UAB) and modules for UFBA’s Digital Education Program. I also contributed to course modules such as Open, Continuous, and Distance Education and Introduction to Distance Learning across 2024–2025.

In my role as a Distance Learning Tutor, I work with a learning management project connected to the State Secretariat of Education in partnership with Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). I’m responsible for learning support and help content, while ensuring the learning process stays aligned with the target audience.

My background in pedagogy and hands-on teaching experiences (teaching residency and student teaching in elementary grades) keep me grounded in what learners need to succeed. I’m especially motivated by distance education that blends strong pedagogy with practical tools like Moodle and virtual learning environments.
