What I'm looking for

I seek a client-focused legal role in immigration or appellate litigation where I can apply courtroom advocacy, legal research, and e-discovery expertise while contributing to a collaborative team and mentoring junior staff.

I am a licensed attorney in New York and the Philippines with extensive experience in immigration, appellate, and litigation matters. I combine courtroom advocacy with meticulous legal research and drafting developed through roles at immigration law firms and the Court of Appeals.

At Osorio Cachaya Law Offices I handled I-589 asylum and 42B cancellation of removal matters, appeared at hearings, prepared pleadings, and filed appeals with the Board of Immigration Appeals. I also prepared prosecutorial discretion requests and managed electronic and paper case records.

As a contract document-review attorney with FTI Consulting I performed privilege and responsiveness review on Ringtail and Relativity, conducted QC reviews, and supported large-scale e-discovery projects.
