@farahzaman
Senior business immigration consultant managing complex employment-based immigration cases.
I am a senior business immigration consultant with extensive experience managing employment-based immigration matters, including PERM, H-1B, I-140, TN, E-3, and adjustment of status cases. I oversee large caseloads, train and supervise junior staff, and act as a primary client-facing case management specialist.
Throughout my career I have maintained and managed 110–150+ PERM and nonimmigrant cases, prepared ETA Form 9089 filings, drafted supporting letters and responses to evidence, and coordinated submissions to DOL and USCIS. I routinely run case reports, monitor visa bulletin movements and deadlines, and prepare client presentations and templates.
I bring strong legal research, organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to troubleshoot case issues and build case strategies with clients and foreign nationals. I seek to contribute practical immigration knowledge and dependable case management to a collaborative legal or corporate mobility team.
