What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can handle immigration removal defense, draft persuasive motions, and guide clients with urgency. I thrive in detail-driven work with strong confidentiality standards and clear case documentation.

I’m an Immigration Attorney with experience across removal defense, motion practice, and high-stakes legal escalations. In my recent role, I drafted motions to reopen, motions to terminate, bond motions, and supporting memoranda while providing direct legal guidance to clients facing urgent proceedings.

I defend illegal immigrants in removal defense proceedings, including removal stays, and I manage sensitive client communication with careful, detailed case documentation. I focus on confidentiality, attorney-client privilege, and issue-responsive legal work so clients receive accurate next steps under pressure.

Before specializing further, I worked as an Associate Attorney and Document Review Attorney, handling EEOC complaint drafting, discovery, and client interviews. I also supported settlement work by helping select arbitrators for mediation and second-chaired jury trials as part of litigation preparation.

My background also includes document-heavy eDiscovery work using Relativity, where I collected and organized evidence, coded documents by issue, privilege, and confidentiality, and supported litigation timelines. I’ve also served in roles such as Prosecutor and Administrative Law Judge—reviewing law and evidence, holding remote hearings, and writing legal opinions—so I bring both analytical rigor and courtroom-informed judgment to every case.
