What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administrative or operations role where I can improve documentation, reporting, workflow transparency, and cross-department coordination in a fast-paced environment.

At Toyota JP Autogroup, I manage fleet and vehicle documentation, invoices, Bills of Lading, order tracking, daily status reporting, transport damage claims, and delivery coordination. I developed a centralized AI-assisted tracking spreadsheet with QR code access that reduced documentation and status-update errors by nearly 100%.
