I’m looking to lead a patient-first customer experience team—owning authorization, scheduling, and payer compliance workflows while partnering across departments and developing high-performing support staff.

I’m a Customer Experience leader with over twenty years managing fast-paced, multichannel operations and leading high-performing support teams. I bring a compassionate, patient-first approach and a strong desire to help clients and customers succeed, especially in complex, multi-physician environments.

In my current role as a Patient Coordinator, I manage remote insurance eligibility, authorizations, pre-certifications, and payer compliance to minimize revenue loss through proactive issue resolution. Previously, as a Manager / Customer Experience Supervisor, I founded private practice support structures, led onboarding and performance management, coordinated multichannel patient communication, and served as a liaison between clinical teams and external vendors—ensuring operational continuity through accurate scheduling and EMR-based documentation.
