My research at King's College London examines ADHD and trauma exposure in adolescence using longitudinal data from approximately 2,045 participants. I cleaned and analyzed large datasets in R/RStudio, conducted chi-square and logistic regression analyses, and translated findings into evidence-based conclusions with appropriate methodological caution.

I've also transformed a low-performing Sally Beauty store into a top-five district location through KPI analysis, inventory controls, employee development, and operational improvement.
