What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced kitchen role where I can fry/line cook with pride, keep a spotless, food-safe station, and contribute as a reliable team player under pressure.

I’m a Big Kitchen Cook who loves to get up n go to work in a kitchen. I take pride in my cooking and will never leave A Kitchen Dirty, so I focus on cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety every shift. I’m Food Handler certified and also hold ServSafe Alcohol, TABC Certification, TIPS, and ServSafe.

In my line cook and fry cook roles, I handle prep, set up and break down work stations, fry food to order, and assist on the grill as needed. I keep work areas clean, help keep walk-in freezer organized, and stay ready for the next shift—on time, every time.

I also bring strong experience beyond the line, including deli work with slicing deli meats and cheeses, stocking display cases, and using point-of-sale systems like Square (POS). As a Dietary Aide/Cook, I followed Drs. diet orders exactly as ordered, checked meal trays against printed tickets, supported patient requests, and processed meal census and food tally reports—plus I’ve handled janitorial work where I sanitize surfaces, complete checklists, and follow safety rules under direction.
