I’m looking to lead guest experience and pre-opening operations in luxury hospitality—owning SOPs, teams, and P&L support while improving service consistency, brand standards, and revenue through customer-led execution.

I’m a Guest Experience Manager with over 7 years of experience delivering excellence in high-stakes, luxury environments. I specialize in Pre-Opening Projects, P&L Management, and stakeholder relations—scaling operations while keeping brand standards consistent and measurable (LQA/Forbes).

Since Dec 2023 at Azure Beach Doha, Qatar, I lead the full daily operation across service, bar, and hostess teams to deliver seamless, luxury guest experiences. I oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and payroll for a team of 30+, design event concepts, and develop and enforce SOPs and training programs to elevate consistency and operational efficiency.

At Mandarin Oriental Doha (Dec 2022–Nov 2023 and earlier roles), I supported guest and brand excellence through daily operations in high-volume, luxury dining outlets and a private members club. I managed reservations, client databases, VIP relations, special events and vendor partnerships, and strengthened profitability through budgeting, forecasting, cost control, procurement, and ongoing team coaching and performance management.

I’m at my best when turning strategy into execution—connecting service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational rigor to drive retention and revenue.
