@marekkrzeminski
Engineering leader scaling agile and AI transformations for global software delivery.
What I'm looking for
I’m an engineering leader with 20+ years of international experience scaling software organizations, transforming delivery processes, and leading global enterprise transformations. I focus on engineering excellence that improves predictability, quality, and delivery velocity.
I’ve led major transformations, including driving Heineken’s AI transformation across a 60+ FTE Commerce Engineering organization and delivering a global Sales Advisor mobile platform. At Remitly, I scaled a Kraków site from 5 to 80 engineers while maintaining 95% delivery predictability, and at Sabre I transformed delivery pace from 6 months to 2 weeks.
I’ve also owned outcomes end-to-end, including managing engineering P&L as General Manager at FLYR Poland. Earlier leadership roles at GE Healthcare, SolarWinds, and Sabre improved software delivery predictability, introduced agile practices (Scrum/Nexus/SAFe frameworks), and delivered measurable gains in code quality, automation, and cost efficiency. I’m motivated by building high-performing teams and aligning stakeholders around clear delivery goals.
