I am a hands-on Technical Infrastructure Manager and 3rd Line Technical Specialist with 28 years of technical experience and over a decade in infrastructure management. I combine practical technical delivery across Azure, VMWare, Hyper-V, LAN/WAN and M365 with strong leadership, team development and ITIL-based processes.
Most recently I led a team as Technical Infrastructure Manager in retail, delivering a security roadmap, VEEAM DR implementation, Zscaler web filtering and migration of legacy systems, producing measurable cost savings and operational improvements. I have a proven track record of maintaining BAU while delivering complex projects to time and budget.
