What I'm looking for

I’m looking to drive multi-country supply chain performance with analytics—optimizing inventory, forecasting demand, and improving KPIs through S&OP and cross-functional coordination, while uncovering cost and efficiency opportunities.

I’m a Supply Chain & Business Analytics Specialist with over 10 years of experience in Operations, Global Supply Chain, and Customer Care across Latin America. I focus on turning data into measurable operational improvements—inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and operational efficiency.

In recent roles, I manage multi-country inventory and supply chain operations (Mexico and CAM), optimizing stock levels and operating costs. I analyze and monitor supply chain KPIs such as turnover, fill rate, and lead time, while supporting S&OP processes for demand planning and strategic decision-making.

I also coordinate logistics, 3PLs, and suppliers to keep operations aligned, identifying cost-reduction and efficiency opportunities through structured analysis. Earlier experience includes material planning and purchase order analysis using ERP systems (including SAP), plus leading customer service operations with performance and quality KPIs.
