· Symposiums and Lectures developed for customers to show electronic Tire Management processes implemented and to implement, and oriented on-site trainings, focusing on putting the tire administration culture at the company.

· Direct participation at the definition, planning, coordination and management for projects focusing on solutions for tire usage at transport and OTR market segments.

· National and international experience on technical support (active and passive) to final customers at tire-oriented programs and processes (TMS / TOP / BTSS).

· National and international experience on consultancy, logistic support for issuing decisions, with special focus on strategic, financial and management ones.

· Expertise as Tech. Support Manager, coordinating a team that attends more than 450 different customers at 39 countries, with different cultures and needs.

· Process implementation, Specialized Consultancy at OTR/Transport tires in 17 different countries already visited, such as USA, Mexico, South Africa, Turkey, Chile, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Tanzania, Peru, Costa Rica and others.

· Fluency in English and Spanish, with several system documents built for customer usage, and the same ones built in Portuguese.

· Domestic and International travels availability. USA visa expires at 2030.
