I also launched an international e-commerce operation through AliExpress B2B, creating a new export/import channel and expanding global sourcing capability. I manage inventory, supplier coordination, and operational data to support product R&D decisions while working autonomously with international vendors.

Previously, at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Queensland, I coordinated reservations, billing, occupancy reporting, staff scheduling, and supplier coordination for a multicultural guest base under IHG standards.

At UES, I redesigned outsourced delivery-fleet shift management and cut average delivery times by 50%, from 48 to 24 hours. I bring experience across Uruguay, Australia, New Zealand, and Brazil, working in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
