What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented, highly organized Tender & Project Administration professional with experience supporting tender compliance, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and records management within the construction and municipal sectors. I coordinate documentation and compliance requirements to help clients submit accurate, timely tender packs.
Since 2021, as Founder & Tender Compliance Consultant at Marcia 21st Case (Pty) Ltd, I provide tender administration and compliance support across construction projects—assisting with CIDB and CSD registrations, preparing and organizing RFQ and tender submission documentation, and maintaining structured compliance files and submission tracking.
Earlier, I strengthened my operational execution as a Tender Administrator and Site Supervisor, and as a Project Manager & Site Supervisor (ad hoc/contract), managing multiple deadlines while overseeing site supervision, project documentation, and compliance reporting. I’ve also built a compliance-and-records foundation through internal audit work and client coordination, and I’m pursuing a BCom Honours in Information Management to deepen my data and information management capability.
