What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an F&B role where I can train teams with AI-enabled materials, strengthen HACCP and safety practices, and support operations end-to-end—also remotely, with a practical, improvement-focused culture.

I’m a Food & Beverage professional with 15+ years of experience, now active since 2024 as a certified Formatore Professionale (HACCP Livelli 1–2–3). I design training that’s practical, compliant, and immediately usable on the floor.

I integrate AI generativa into daily work to create training materials, guide operative content, and professional documentation. I use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity, Qwen, DeepSeek, and Codex, with structured prompt design (role, context, objective, constraints, output format) and iterative review.

In my teaching work, I’ve supported 15 asylum seekers with job insertion in the F&B sector—covering sala techniques, customer welcome, and food safety. I conduct simulations, practical evaluations, and focus on transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, and stress management.

Before training, I coordinated operations as Responsabile di Locale, handling shifts, supervision of dining room and bar, supplier orders, stock monitoring, and food cost control while guaranteeing HACCP standards. I also bring hands-on hospitality experience from roles in food service operations and sala service, plus digital-content support using Canva and no-code tools.
