I’m an Italian native speaker and an AI Language Trainer who blends cultural understanding with a methodical, IT-informed approach. Growing up professionally between Italy and Gate4 GmbH (Germany) gave me a sensitivity to cultural differences that no textbook can teach.

I studied Cultural Anthropology at the University of Bologna and later trained as an IT programmer. That combination taught me to think methodically, listen carefully to people’s needs, and respond in the best possible way.

In customer-facing roles—including Commis de Rang at Kulm Hotel St. Moritz—I developed reliability, adaptability, and excellent communication while supporting international guests through day-to-day service. I also worked as a Sales Assistant, handling customer purchasing advice, order handling, and inventory control.

As an Italian language teacher for foreign students, I delivered personalised lessons tailored to each proficiency level, focusing on comprehension, conversation, grammar, and vocabulary through practical, communicative activities. I bring curiosity and an open mindset to continuous learning, whether planning, teaching, or managing a project.
