MARCELLINUS TOMBU TADAANA

I’m a strategic operations leader with over 4.5 years of experience managing complex environmental services, including medical waste collection, transportation, treatment, and disposal. I bring a systems-oriented approach shaped by my technical education and my growing public health specialization.

In my current roles with Medical Waste Services Ltd (MWSL), I oversee day-to-day operations and support planning and coordination across the full medical waste workflow across the Upper West Region. I lead teams and liaise with stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance and consistent service quality, while improving efficiency through process optimization.

Alongside operations, I provide virtual administrative and operations support as a freelance Virtual Assistant—handling scheduling, correspondence, and process coordination for clients. I also served as a Technical Lead and Technical Facilitator at Leadership Community School, supporting IT and facilities needs and delivering hands-on learning through robotics and information technology.

I’m also building my project leadership capability through Google certifications in Foundations of Project Management and Project Execution. With my Master of Public Health (MPH) (expected) underway, I’m focused on delivering measurable operational outcomes that protect people, strengthen compliance, and make service delivery more reliable.
