What I'm looking for

I seek a role leading operations or programs where I can apply data-driven planning, mentor young professionals, build stakeholder partnerships, and deliver measurable social impact.

I am an operations-focused professional with a strong foundation in mathematics and demonstrated experience in policy implementation, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement. I have led cross-functional teams to execute workshops, forums, and initiatives that reached hundreds of participants.

In my recent role as Director of Operations I developed and implemented operational strategies that improved organizational efficiency and ensured timely delivery of programs. I have coordinated regional operations, managed resource allocation, and represented senior leadership while resolving operational challenges for large cohorts of personnel.

I am passionate about youth development and mentorship, having facilitated internships and entrepreneurship programs that enabled student access to opportunities and funding.
