I'm open to relocation and global remote work, where I can lead technology, build production AI systems, and work closely with business teams to turn workflows into measurable operational improvements.

At The Body Shop Indonesia, I lead technology and built an AI platform with six production agent systems across seven business functions. I work directly with finance, marketing, analytics, and brand teams to take agents from workflow scoping through adoption.

I led a three-year in-house rebuild of core retail systems including POS, e-commerce, OMS, marketplace, loyalty, and monitoring. Moving legacy Java and PHP systems to TypeScript, Go, Kubernetes, and CI/CD cut page loads from 20 seconds to under one second and reduced platform costs by about 95%.

I've led engineering teams since 2014, including 15 developers at Holywings, and co-founded a Jakarta software house delivering systems for enterprise and government clients. I still write code daily, from multi-agent orchestration and RAG to cloud infrastructure and production support.
