I am a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior College Student pursuing a B.S. in Physics at Universidad Industrial de Santander. My academic journey has equipped me with a diverse skill set, particularly in problem-solving, data analysis, and process automation. I thrive in both independent projects and collaborative team environments, demonstrating my ability to self-manage and contribute effectively.

During my time at Teleperformance S.A.S, I have honed my customer service skills while also taking on the role of Mission Controller. In this position, I developed and implemented reports that enabled real-time performance monitoring, analyzed data to enhance key performance indicators, and created automated workflows to improve efficiency. My commitment to excellence and continuous improvement drives me to tackle challenges head-on and deliver impactful results.
