At GoMedia, I lead the technology and operating model behind an in-vehicle digital advertising network, connecting CRM, ERP, website operations, tablet apps, campaign reporting, and field support. I’m planning the operational scale-up toward 100 screens while coordinating procurement, device enablement, installations, QA, and support protocols.

Across SKYTEL’s regional operations, I’ve led ERP, CRM, and custom digital-tool implementations while directing Agile teams of 6 to 10 people. I designed and deployed Smart Performance for 500+ BPO employees, automating performance tracking, PIP workflows, reporting, and adoption.

I’ve delivered measurable process improvement through enterprise systems: at GRIT S.A. – Avanza Desarrollos, ERP deployment and workflow optimization produced an estimated 50% efficiency improvement and reduced implementation costs by 66%. At EFICON – AUREO S.A., I led an Odoo ERP implementation that improved interdepartmental efficiency by up to 50%.

My work combines requirements gathering, process redesign, vendor coordination, UAT, change management, and executive reporting. Previously, I led a 15-person business analysis and innovation team at Aseguradora Paraguaya SAECA, managing a USD 300,000+ annual budget and driving initiatives that improved KPIs by up to 90%.
