What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead business transformation through reliable information, simple processes, disciplined execution, and applied AI that improves decision-making, profitability, and organizational performance.

I've led business transformation, finance, and business intelligence across family-owned companies, multinational consumer-goods businesses, financial services, and multi-sector groups for more than 25 years.

At Oneli S.A.E.C.A., I supported the professionalization of a family-owned textile business by implementing financial planning models, cash-flow projections, KPIs, and executive monitoring routines. I also developed a management maturity model that increased the internal score from 45% to 53%.

Across Grupo Daud, CGP, Grass Industry, Ibiza, and Electrocenter, I led financial, administrative, commercial, risk, procurement, and operational functions. My work has supported revenue growth from Gs. 12,000 to 27,000 million and from Gs. 5,500 to 13,000 million through disciplined planning, control, and execution.

Earlier at Colgate-Palmolive Paraguay and Unilever de Paraguay, I developed commercial information systems and coordinated a regional implementation across Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay. Today, I apply generative AI, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SAP BI to turn information into better decisions, automation, and profitable action.
