At ONELI S.A.E.C.A. / CEROGRADO JEANS, I lead the operating function and transformation portfolio for a vertically integrated apparel manufacturer. I report to the Founder/CEO and work across administration, finance, inventory, production coordination, retail, HR, imports, IT, and compliance.
I rebuilt the inventory and master-data architecture, including product taxonomy, unique SKUs, warehouse locations, and traceability. I coordinated SQL-based cleansing and migration of nearly 20 years of legacy data, then oversaw the physical count that established opening stock for more than 100,000 garments.
I led two end-to-end ERP implementation programs, from requirements and data migration through onboarding and training. After recommending replacement of the first platform, I launched its successor in January 2025 through a phased rollout with user acceptance testing.
Following a 2025 liquidity diagnosis, I built the FP&A function around budgeting, cash forecasting, ratios, scenarios, and variance analysis. I also helped form and operationally launch ONELI S.A.E.C.A., completing the administrative, tax, banking, and systems cutover on 1 January 2026 without business interruption.
