I also lead analysis for legal automation and integrations with court platforms, pre-trial claims services, and the Financial Ombudsman.
At Unilever, I led the company-wide rollout of a Microsoft Azure Data Lake integrating SAP, DWH, and legacy sources. I also defined requirements for a reporting solution that replaced legacy tools and saved EUR 170,000.
As Co-Founder & Board Member at IT Association of Armenia, I lead product and business analysis for ITA Jobs, a vacancy discovery and matching platform serving 1,000+ monthly users. I define product requirements and priorities and coordinate association projects with a 15+ person project group and external partners.
