What I'm looking for

I’m open to opportunities worldwide, on-site, hybrid or remote, helping engineering teams put agents to work inside their SDLC through harness design, MCP integrations, spec-driven workflows, evals and review gates.

At Hailo, I championed a move to agentic, spec-driven development and took a team of five engineers through the transition. We built a multi-agent harness around Claude Code, and about 80% of merged PRs came through the agentic pipeline.

Before that, I led UI product work at Hailo, shipping applications for four products and moving them from Electron to PWAs. I’ve spent ten years leading engineering teams, and I build agent workflows around specs, tests, reviews and CI so engineers own the thinking and agents handle the typing.
