What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring operational reliability and research support to a remote field station, combining dive operations, marine conservation knowledge, logistics coordination, and a commitment to connecting people with nature.

At ScubaCaribe in Playa del Carmen, I coordinate daily dive schedules, vehicle and boat logistics, and staff assignments for a team of around 30 people. I've led approximately 50 guided dives, delivered operational briefings and demonstrations, and supported inventory, HR coordination, online sales resources, and public relations.

I'm a PADI Divemaster and marine scientist with a master's in Biodiversity Management and Conservation from the University of Barcelona. My thesis examined how temperature and food availability influence respiration and growth in Mediterranean gorgonians, contributing to understanding climate stress on coral communities.

I also bring photography, social media, environmental education, consulting, sales, and client-care experience. I love observing nature and sharing its wonders to inspire respect and connection.
