What I'm looking for
I’m a Resolution Specialist focused on helping healthcare members and advocates resolve issues tied to billing and claims. In my current role, I correspond with healthcare advocates to assist medicare and retirement members with problems pertaining to billing discrepancies, authorization denials, and claims research.
I work to find inaccuracies within accounts and take the appropriate next action steps. I also maintain HIPPA guidelines, support understanding of members policy and benefits, and apply Medicare and Medicaid billing guidelines.
Before this, I served as a Team sales lead in call center operations, where I led a sales team while maintaining KPI for both the team and the center. I handled high volume inbound and outbound calls, responded to online inquiries via email, text, and social media platforms, and used a POS system to process transactions while managing inventory and orders.
I began in an Administrative Assistant role supporting day-to-day studio operations, entering information onto digital systems to maintain data quality and accuracy. Across roles, I’m known for accurate and detailed documentation, effective communication, multitasking, and conflict resolution to get issues fully resolved.
