I’m a CRM and lead generation virtual assistant with hands-on experience in B2B outbound sales, lead qualification, and sales support for remote teams. I generate and qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and keep CRM records accurate so follow-ups and reporting stay on track.
In my work, I actively use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, update activity records, and track pipeline progress, alongside Google Sheets for lead tracking, database organization, and CRM reporting. I’m also a hands-on Salesforce user with a Salesforce Sales Operations Specialist certification from Salesforce through Coursera, and I’m currently preparing for the Salesforce Administrator certification.
