I seek a customer-focused role where I can combine strong service skills with AutoCAD design experience, reliable teamwork, and opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

I am a customer-focused service professional with hands-on experience in retail, hospitality, and design. I have worked in ticketing and cashier roles while also applying design skills in AutoCAD and 3CAD for residential projects.

At Gozo Channel Ltd I handled customer enquiries, processed commuter cards and tickets, and maintained accurate sales and inventory records, improving processes and customer satisfaction. Previously I managed ticket sales and cash deposits while consistently exceeding daily targets and earning positive customer feedback.
