At Apply Digital, I led product definition for Liverpool’s migration from Oracle ATG to a composable commerce stack with Commercetools and Contentstack. I built the migration roadmap and owned the backlog across catalog, checkout, promotions, profile and customer service.

I worked with business users and Liverpool’s Business Analyst team to recover rules embedded in legacy code and define testable requirements. I also trained the 10-person team in BDD/Gherkin, user story writing and backlog management so they could work independently.

At OLR, I was the technical lead and primary client liaison for Comex’s B2B and B2C platforms. I helped launch a pay-in-store cash payment flow during COVID-19 and led catalog ingestion integration with Comex’s ETL pipeline.
