I founded Evonostic to build integrated physical and cybersecurity solutions. My work includes electronic security systems across ATM networks, CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and intrusion detection.
As a Freelance Senior Service Engineer & Project Lead, I led a team of 10 service engineers and executed installations across SBI, PNB, Axis Bank, and HDFC sites.
For KDL logistics & Mondelez India Pvt, Ltd., I delivered two warehouse ESS installation projects involving 180+ devices within a three-month deadline. I led a cross-functional team of 20, and delivered both projects 25% under allocated budget.
Earlier, at Fetus IVF Centre & Navjeevan Hospital, I reconciled accounts, managed vendor payment cycles, and negotiated with vendors to reduce payment delays.
