I redesigned onboarding with Power Automate, reducing manual effort by approximately 90%. My Microsoft Copilot solutions also automate HR documentation and save an estimated 25–30 working days annually.

I built a Copilot Studio policy Q&A agent for repetitive employee questions and implemented AI-enabled case triage in ServiceNow HRSD. I also created an AI tool to benchmark HR policies against labour laws across jurisdictions.
