I am a Senior System Administrator with over 14 years of experience in technical and administrative activities, focused on Windows-based network environments and reliable operations. My goal is to steer IT Operations with technical expertise and leadership that drives organizational performance to world-class levels.
In my consulting roles, I administer and support Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022) and deliver core services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and WINS. I also manage server builds, upgrades, retirement, and both virtual and physical server operations, ensuring service continuity and SLA-driven incident response.
I work extensively with virtualization and migration workflows, including ESX/ESXi and P2V/V2V migrations, as well as creating and managing virtual machines using templates. For remote administration and troubleshooting, I use RSA/ILO/DRAC and handle complex issues like unexpected reboots, memory dump analysis, and performance diagnostics with tools such as Performance Monitor and PAL Tool.
Operationally, I lead patching and health management using Shavlik, BigFix, and WSUS, manage backups and restores, and provide 24x7 on-call support for high-severity incidents using independent judgment. I also support enterprise-scale environments (including OS support for more than 3000 servers), run audits to discover weaknesses, and use ServiceNow for ticketing and asset management.
