I’m looking for a structured, process-driven role where I can support office administration and financial tasks—especially invoicing and purchase/order workflows—using SAP/ERP tools, with accurate data entry, clear follow-ups, and fast learning.

I’m a detail-oriented professional with a Ph.D. in Mathematics and SAP certifications in SuccessFactors and HCM, combining analytical rigor with administrative training in structured operational environments. Through my VDAB integrated administrative assistant trainee role, I support business administration processes including purchase administration workflows, goods handling, customer communication, and invoicing-related support.

I bring an accurate, disciplined working style and a “quick learner” mindset—comfortable adapting to new tools, systems, and process-driven environments. I’ve managed employee data and time management in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors contexts during my training, and I’m confident supporting ERP-based finance workflows like order processing and data entry with consistency, precision, and clear communication.
