At Schindler India, I lead global costing and sourcing initiatives for CRD India and Inventio Switzerland, managing cost-out programs, supplier onboarding, and NPMS procurement. My work has contributed to major savings, including 360 MINR annually through simulator production and 210 MINR from establishing an exclusive purchase function.
Previously at Piaggio Vehicles, I sourced and developed sheet metal, electrical, and chemical components for Vespa and Ape vehicles. I led VAVE, make-versus-buy decisions, supplier development, PPAP execution, and commercial settlements, helping reduce sheet-metal development time from 28 to 18 weeks.
Across 20 years in automotive and elevator industries, I've built procurement capabilities around should costing, strategic sourcing, vendor development, negotiation, localization, and supply-chain optimization.
