Purchase and Strategic Sourcing HOD at A-Thon Allterrain who cut BOM raw-material buying by about 38% per vehicle.

At A-Thon Allterrain Pvt. Ltd., I lead Purchase & Strategic Sourcing as Department HOD and set up procurement for a greenfield ATV manufacturing facility. I built its supplier ecosystem and converted BOM sourcing from traders to direct manufacturers.

I lead sourcing from RFQ and technical-commercial evaluation through negotiation and business finalization, and manage supplier performance through EOP. Current BOM raw-material buying has been reduced from approximately ₹15.0 lakh to ₹9.3 lakh per vehicle.

At Altigreen Propulsion Labs Pvt. Ltd., I led material resourcing and trader-to-manufacturer transitions, achieving savings of ₹1.23 Cr/annum and ₹0.50 Cr/annum across four projects. At Varroc Engineering Ltd. – Lighting Systems, I localized guiderail production from China to India, achieving ₹3.2 Cr/annum savings.

Earlier, at Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre (RNTBCI), I localized parts for Kwid and Triber programmes and delivered savings through proprietary-part, clutch and oil-filter localization. I also managed indirect procurement at Summit Auto Seats Pvt. Ltd. and worked on Lean Manufacturing initiatives at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).
