I’m a procurement and sourcing leader with 25+ years of experience delivering large-scale Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing projects across Automotive, EV and Equipment industries. I lead end-to-end infrastructure CAPEX/OPEX procurement with a strong focus on strategic sourcing, supplier localization, and cost optimization.

Across my roles as Group Purchase Head and Purchase Head (Indirect Sourcing), I’ve managed project spends ranging from ₹50 Cr to ₹3,000 Cr and consistently delivered 10%–25% cost savings. I’ve enabled mega Automotive/EV/Cell manufacturing facilities by building high-performing procurement organizations, strengthening supplier ecosystems, and driving sustainable, compliant procurement governance.
