I've led procurement, sourcing, supplier development, and supply chain transformation across hydraulics, wind energy, automotive, and precision engineering for more than 24 years.

At Hine Hydraulics India, I managed global sourcing and supplier quality for hydraulic systems used in wind turbines, improving free cash flow by approximately $1.6 million and increasing local content from 15% to 40%.

I've led product and plant transfers from Europe and the USA to India, delivered over 30% savings through localization, VAVE, import substitution, and alternate sourcing, and achieved zero dead inventory during transitions.

I bring hands-on leadership in PMO governance, MRP, ERP, supplier scorecards, demand planning, inventory control, and cross-functional teams, with experience working across Germany, the UK, USA, China, Sweden, and Spain.
