What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a dynamic workplace where I can use proactive communication, organization, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving while continuing to adapt, collaborate, and support customers and teams.

I operated Braids Done from 2018 to 2023, providing styling, cutting, braiding, and product recommendations for curly and coily hair.

I managed bookings and expenses in Excel, created and regularly updated the business website, and used customer feedback to improve each client’s experience.

I currently support Flying Squirrel as an Office Administrator, answering and routing calls, coordinating parties and group events, maintaining computerized filing systems, and welcoming visitors professionally.

I’m also pursuing a BA in Engineering Science at Carleton University, specializing in electrical engineering with a focus on power and energy. I bring organization, problem-solving, communication, and technical skills across Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Python, Java, C++, MATLAB, and CAD tools.
