What I'm looking for

I'm eager to contribute to impactful administrative solutions, using my experience in office operations, client relations, and document management.

At Panet Lighting Centre, I managed office operations, retail sales, and customer service. I created a filing system that made documents faster to retrieve and less likely to be misplaced.

I handled payments for 25–30 vendors, processed payroll for 12 employees, and balanced bank statements while preparing monthly financial statements.

I maintained the company website by adding new products and removing outdated listings. I also managed purchase orders and communicated delivery updates to customers.

At Gap Inc, I assisted with inventory management and merchandise audits, and helped streamline checkout processes. I hold a Diploma in Fashion Marketing from Fanshawe College and a Google AI Professional certification.
