What I'm looking for

I want a long-term remote, patient-facing support role where I can deliver high-quality billing and call center operations. I thrive in high-volume environments, handle complex issues end-to-end, and communicate clearly while protecting confidentiality.

I’m a customer-facing professional with 18+ months of front-desk and query resolution experience, managing 40–60 daily interactions with accuracy, empathy, and composure under pressure. I document, escalate, and fully resolve complex issues across multiple stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance standards.

In my current role as a Front Desk & Administrative Coordinator (Aug 2022–Present), I handle incoming queries from students and faculty on exam schedules, documentation, billing disputes, and grievances. I capture every interaction, resolution, and follow-up action in institutional records with zero tolerance for inaccuracy, and I coordinate end-to-end escalations by identifying root cause and communicating clear outcomes to all parties.

I’m also experienced in data and operations work through a Jan 2024–May 2024 Data & Operations Analyst (Project) role. I processed and reconciled large structured datasets using Excel and Python, and I maintained clear documentation of methodology, analytical decisions, and outcomes—skills directly transferable to billing and patient account management.

I work effectively in remote, async-first environments using Slack, Notion, Google Meet, Zoom, and MS Teams, supported by a dedicated home workspace and stable internet. I’m looking for a long-term remote role in patient-facing support, committed to 12+ month engagement in delivering high-quality billing and call center operations.
