What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Help Desk Coordinator role where I can support end users and IT operations through structured issue resolution, customer communication, documentation, and reporting.

I've handled day-to-day content requests for Flipkart and Croma listings at Contexio, resolving queries against defined specifications and turnaround requirements. I use checklist-based quality reviews, clear documentation, and stakeholder coordination to keep work accurate and on track.

Through data analytics internships at GWC Data.AI and Besant Technologies, I've cleaned and analyzed data with SQL and Python, built Power BI dashboards, and worked with DOMO reporting and access-management tools.
